SEPTEMBER 23

Criminal Mischief
Damage in a hallway in Boaz Hall was reported by a Public Safety Officer at 12:23 a.m.

Off-Campus Criminal Incident
A student was arrested by the Dallas Police Department for being intoxicated in public at 1:14 a.m. in the 5600 block of Dyer Street/the Green Elephant Bar.

Criminal Mischief
Ceiling tiles were found to be damaged at 1:35 a.m. at Cockrell McIntosh Hall.

Sexual Assault
A student reported a sexual assault at 1:55 p.m. in the 3000 block of SMU Boulevard/Alley.

SEPTEMBER 24

Vehicle Burglary
A student's vehicle was broken into between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 23 and 12 p.m. Sept. 24 in the Dyer Court Lot.

Vehicle Burglary
A student's vehicle was broken into between 6 p.m. Sept. 23 and 8:45 a.m. Sept. 24 at the Kappa Alpha House.

Theft/Criminal Mischief
Signs in Caruth Hall for an event were "either stolen or defaced," according to a student's report at 5:33 p.m.

SEPTEMBER 25

Theft
At 2:56 p.m., five textbooks were reported stolen by an unknown individual from the Barnes & Noble/SMU Bookstore.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Arrest on Warrant/Criminal Trespass Warning
A person who is not affiliated with the University was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia, issued a criminal trespass warning and transported to the Dallas County Jail for having Dallas warrants at 10:43 p.m. at Ford Stadium.

SEPTEMBER 27

Public Intoxication
A student was taken to the University Park Jail for being intoxicated in public at 12:50 a.m. in the 2900 block of SMU Boulevard, and the student was also referred to the University's Student Conduct Office.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student who caught having consumed alcohol and possessing alcohol at 4:37 a.m. at Morrison-McGinnis Hall was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

Possession of Fictitious License or ID
A student who was in possession of a fictitious license at 9:08 a.m. was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

SEPTEMBER 28

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID
An underage student, who was caught having consumed alcohol, possessing alcohol and having a fake license at 5:57 a.m. at Shuttles Hall, was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

Criminal Mischief
A student reported at 9:53 a.m. that a tire on his vehicle had been damaged at the Beta Theta Pi house.

Fraudulent Use of Disabled Placard
At 4:28 p.m., "a handicapped placard was confiscated and mailed back to TDOT."

SEPTEMBER 29

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID
An underage student who was caught drinking and possessing a fake ID at 1 a.m. in the 6000 block of Bishop Boulevard was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Public Intoxication
A student who was caught being intoxicated in public at 2:20 a.m. at Morrison McGinnis Hall was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Public Intoxication/Disorderly Conduct
At 4:21 a.m. in the 3000 block of SMU Boulevard/Alleyway, two students were caught fighting, then one of them was arrested for public intoxication, and both were referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Disorderly Conduct
A person who is not affiliated with the university was cited for urinating in public at 4:10 p.m. at the Fondren Library-Northeast Lawn.

Public Intoxication
Two TCU students were arrested at 7 p.m. in a men's restroom at Ford Stadium for being intoxicated public.

Public Intoxication
Two students were arrested for being intoxicated in public at 9:44 p.m. at Gate 6 at Ford Stadium.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID
An underage student was cited for consuming alcohol, possessing alcohol in his residence hall and having a fake ID at 9:56 p.m. at Boaz Hall.

SEPTEMBER 30

Possession of Fictitious License or ID
The Highland Park Police Department confiscated four fake IDs, which belonged to TCU students, at 12:40 a.m. at the ID Table/Bishop Avenue.

Criminal Mischief
A gate arm was reported damaged at 12:39 a.m. at Binkley Parking Garage.

Criminal Mischief
A gate arm was reported damaged at 1:03 a.m. at the Owens Art Center Parking Lot.

Theft
A 55-inch television was stolen from the Technology Tent near McFarlin Auditorium, during the SMU-TCU football game.

Criminal Mischief
A gate arm was reported damaged at 11:11 p.m. at Heroy Lot.

OCTOBER 1

Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia
Three students, who had drug paraphernalia in a vehicle, were given citations at 12:46 a.m. at Binkley Parking Garage.

Criminal Mischief
A window was reported broken at 4:21 a.m. at McFarlin Auditorium.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
An SMU staff member reported that a golf cart was stolen at 11:09 a.m. from the golf cart cage on the side of a building in the 3100 block of Dyer Street.

Theft
Greek letters, belonging to Chi Omega Sorority, were stolen between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 from the lawn in front of Dallas Hall.
