JANUARY 8 

A 43-year-old resident reported that an unknown person entered her garage and removed several personal items out of her vehicle, including credit cards, purse, and wallet. The suspect also stole the victim’s Infinity QX56 between 4:30 and 7:54 a.m. on Jan. 8 in the 2800 block of Milton Avenue.

A 46-year-old resident told police that an unknown person used his personal information and attempted to open credit card accounts without the victim’s permission between Dec. 25 and Jan. 8.

A 52-year-old resident reported that an unknown person opened a Verizon Wireless account without his permission between Dec. 26 and Jan. 8.

JANUARY 9 

Two residents at the same address told police that an unknown person burglarized their vehicles, breaking the passenger side windows, and removed several items including a shotgun, an iPod, and passports between 12:01 and 7:29 a.m. on Jan. 9 in the 3500 block of Caruth Boulevard. 

An 18-year-old resident reported that an unknown person burglarized her vehicle and removed property between 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 8 and 8:31 a.m. on Jan. 9 in the 3700 block of Caruth Boulevard.

Multiple people told police their vehicles were burglarized and several items were stolen, including laptop computers, cosmetics, and a cell phone, between 2 and 3:04 p.m. on Jan. 9 in the 8300 block of Preston Road.

A 71-year-old Dallas resident reported that an unknown person burglarized her Infiniti FX-35 and $3 in change was taken between 4 p.m. and 8:18 p.m. on Jan. 9 in the 4400 block of Lovers Lane.

JANUARY 11

A 67-year-old Dallas resident told police that an unknown person burglarized her Lexus 400H and several items were taken including an iPhone, sunglasses, and a purse at 7 p.m. on Jan. 10 in the 4400 block of Lovers Lane. 

A 49-year-old resident reported than an unknown person made an unauthorized charge on her credit card between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Jan. 10. 

JANUARY 12

An employee at Hotel Lumen told police that an unknown person removed a safe containing around $1500-$2000 in cash from the hotel between 5 p.m. on Jan. 11 and noon on Jan. 12 in the 6100 block of Hillcrest Avenue.

A 59-year-old Dallas resident reported that an unknown person burglarized his Chevrolet 350 and removed several items including an iPad 3 and his wallet between 2 p.m. and 4:38 p.m. on Jan. 12 in the 8300 block of Preston Road.
