OCTOBER 9

Theft
A person who is not affiliated with the University reported that his or her laptop was stolen at 4:52 p.m. in the Meadows Museum.

Off Campus Sexual Assault
A student reported that she was sexually assaulted by another SMU student whom she knows on Oct. 5 in the 3400 block of Asbury Street.

OCTOBER 10

Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia
A student, who had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his room in Morrison McGinnis Hall, was arrested at 9:39 p.m.

OCTOBER 11

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught drinking alcohol at 1:40 a.m. in the 3200 block of Binkley Avenue, was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught drinking alcohol at 2:26 a.m. at the intersection of SMU Boulevard and Central Expressway, was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

DUI by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:09 a.m. at the Dyer Court Lot, was given a citation and referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught having consumed alcohol at 9:40 p.m. at SMU Alley, was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

OCTOBER 12

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License
An underage student, who was caught having consumed alcohol and possessing a fake ID at 2:33 a.m. in the 5900 block of Bishop Boulevard, was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

Public Intoxication/Disorderly Conduct/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
One student, who was caught being intoxicated in public, was given a citation, transported to the University Park Jail and referred to the University's Student Conduct Office at 2:35 a.m. at Perkins Auditorium. Two other underage students, who were caught having consumed alcohol and being disorderly in public at the same time and location, were also referred to the Student Conduct Office.

Assault
A student, who was taken to the Dallas County Jail for assault at 7:28 a.m. at Morrison-McGinnis Hall, was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

Theft
A staff member reported at 2:52 p.m. that nine televisions were stolen at Ford Stadium.

OCTOBER 14

Theft
A student reported that his or her wallet was stolen at 7:35 p.m. at the Dedman Center.
