Good Graces Debuts Refreshed Menu with Fall & Winter Flavors in Uptown

Fall is here and with it come familiar flavors - more than just pumpkin, though! Good Graces, the modern brasserie located on the ground level of Marriott Dallas Uptown in the heart of is debuting a new menu just in time for the change in the weather.

“As we gear towards fall and winter, I think of foods that are warm, savory, hearty, and of low and slow cooking that help develop those deep flavors I grew up on,” Executive Chef Han said. “There is also a lighter side with the bounty of produce that fall and winter have to offer including Delicata squash, fennel, and blood oranges, which excite me just as much as the proteins this state produces.”

New additions to the dinner, dessert, and drink menus can be found on the restaurant’s patio (complete with heaters and misters - depending on the ever-changing Texas weather) or in its comfortable, luxurious dining room. These new dishes and beverages include:

  • Trolley Car: vida mezcal, yellow chartreuse, pamplemousse, lemon juice

  • Turtle Creek Sour: Maker’s Mark whiskey, lemon juice, simple sugar, dark harvest cabernet

  • The Fairmount Frenzy: Tito’s vodka, frangelico, Godiva chocolate liqueur, Kahlua, espresso

  • Watercress & Frisee Salad: crisp faro, creamed tahini, spiced pecan, poached egg, and pancetta

  • Seasonal Squash Salad: hard squash, red endive, figs, arugula, whipped burrata, and dressed with bacon vinaigrette

  • Truffled Mushroom Fricassee and Polenta: sauteed mushrooms, creamy polenta, served with parmesan cheese and jus

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding: cherries, vanilla cream, paired with Taylor Fladgate Port

  • And more!
