The Cattle Baron’s Ball announces Mary Kay and toldright as title sponsors for the Cattle Baron’s Ball Golf Tournament on Monday, May 3, at the award-winning TPC course at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. 

This year, the Cattle Baron’s Ball Committee is bringing back the Golf Tournament as an additional way for the Dallas community to Double Down Against Cancer. As COVID-19 forced local cancer patients to delay or alter treatments, the Cattle Baron’s Ball stepped up its efforts to raise funds for the American Cancer Society to provide free resources to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. These services are aimed at helping offset the feelings of isolation and provide crucial support for those families facing cancer during these incredibly difficult times. 

“Imagine more people surviving cancer, getting the best care possible from diagnosis to survivorship – no matter where they live or what their circumstances.” said Heather Randall, Cattle Baron’s Ball co-chair. “Our hope is that people will continue to support the phenomenal progress we’ve made fighting cancer, improving lives, and saving lives right here in the Dallas community.”

Since 1974, Cattle Baron’s Ball has raised over $86 million towards the ongoing pursuit of a cure for cancer. The organization, comprised of an all-women committee of dedicated volunteers, is the largest single-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.

Chaired by Kristi Bare and Nancy Gopez, the Cattle Baron’s Golf Tournament will include a four-player shamble, lunch, interactive stations, signature bars, contests, awards, a silent auction and more. The day will culminate with a cocktail reception.

Top donors will get the chance to play with local celebrities, including former Dallas Stars Marty Turco and Brenden Morrow; The Ticket’s George Dunham; KLUV’s Jeff Miles; ESPN’s Fran Fraschilla; and 96.3’s “Hawkeye.”
