Dallas, TX - McRae’s American Bistro & Cocktails, the casually sophisticated restaurant located at 9913 Garland Road, in the White Rock Lake neighborhood, is excited to announce a special Easter Prix Fixe Brunch menu on Sunday, April 5.

Served from 10:30AM-4:00PM, guests can enjoy artfully crafted, chef-prepared specials to enhance your holiday experience. Highlights include favorite appetizers, our famous Tomato Soup, and inviting main course selections along with other brunch specials that blend American classics and elevated style.

Canteloupe and Burrata Burrata cheese and fresh canteloupe wrapped in thinly sliced prosciutto

Southern Deviled Eggs & Ham Farm fresh eggs, black forest ham, paprika, pickled red onion

Texas Pimiento & Gulf Shrimp Chilled gulf shrimp topped with our Texas pimiento cheese served on sliced cucumber slice with house-made horseradish cream

Choice of Soup or Salad

Easter Salad Mixed greens tossed with red onion, corn, and feta cheese in a lemon-basil vinaigrette.

McRae’s Famous Tomato Soup with grilled cheese crostini

Salmon Nicoise ($35) Atlantic salmon served over arugula, rosemary potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, sliced farm egg, and a Dijon vinaigrette

Ribeye Benedict ($45) Grilled ribeye served over an English muffin, topped with poached egg, hollandaise, avocado, and parmesan, served with breakfast potatoes

Chicken Cordon Bleu ($35) Breaded chicken breast stuffed with provolone, spinach, and black forest ham. Served with our smoked gouda grits.

Menus at McRae’s American Bistro are not complete without savoring a special dessert. Save room for our delectable Chocolate Espresso Cake or fresh Peach Panna Cotta ($10 each). Children twelve and under will enjoy their own menu selection which includes Chicken Tenders or Grilled Cheese served with French Fries.
