AUGUST 17

Vehicle Burglary
A purse was reported stolen from a student's vehicle at 5:10 p.m. in the 3000 block of Binkley Avenue.

AUGUST 18

Minor in Consumption
SMU's Student Conduct Office was notified about an underage student who was caught at 9:31 p.m. on Dyer Street, having consumed alcohol.

Minor in Consumption/Possession of Fake ID
An underage student, who was caught having consumed alcohol and possessing a fictitious license at 11:57 p.m. on Dyer Street, was reported to SMU's Student Conduct Office.

AUGUST 19

Minor in Consumption
The Student Conduct Office at SMU was notified of a student who was caught 12:34 a.m. at Perkins Hall, having consumed alcohol, but the student was not of the legal drinking age.

Minor in Consumption
An underage student, who was caught at 12:50 a.m. at McElvaney Hall, having consumed alcohol, was referred to the university's Student Conduct Office.

Minor in Consumption/Possession of Fake ID
An underage student was caught having consumed alcohol and possessing a fictitious license at 1:03 a.m. in the 3100 block of University Boulevard and was referred to the SMU Student Conduct Office.

Public Intoxication
SMU's Student Conduct Office was notified about a student who cited with public intoxication at 1:51 a.m. off campus.

Minor in Possession/Minor in Consumption/Possession of Fake ID
An underage student was referred to SMU's Student Conduct Office after being caught with alcohol at 1:56 a.m. at the Kappa Sigma House. Another underage student was caught in possession of alcohol and with fictitious license at the same time and location and also was referred to the Student Conduct Office.

Public Intoxication
The Student Conduct Office at SMU was notified of a student who had been cited with public intoxication at 3:15 a.m. off campus.

Theft
A trailer and supplies, which belong to a person who is not affiliated with the university, were reported stolen from the Expressway Tower parking lot at 8:30 a.m.

Purchasing/Furnishing Alcohol to Minor
SMU's Student Conduct Office was notified about a student who was caught "purchasing alcohol for a minor/furnishing alcohol" to a minor at 9:55 p.m. at Sigma Phi Epsilon.

Minor in Consumption/Minor in Possession
One underage student was reported to SMU's Student Conduct Office after being cited and taken to jail for consumption of alcohol at 10:41 p.m. Another underage student who was caught with alcohol was also referred to the conduct office.

Minor in Consumption/Possession of Fake ID/Failure to Obey University Police Officer
The Student Conduct Office was notified about one underage student who failed to obey a university police officer after having been caught in consumption of alcohol and in possession of a fictitious license at 11:19 p.m. at an off-campus location. A different student, who failed to obey a university police officer after having been caught for "consumption of alcohol by a minor" during the same time period, was also referred to the conduct office. A third underage student was referred at the same time for having consumed alcohol. Finally, during the same time, three other students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for not obeying a university police officer.

AUGUST 20

Minor in Consumption
Two underage students were caught having consumed alcohol at 1:21 a.m. in Boaz Lot and referred to the SMU Student Conduct Office.

Fire Alarm
A fire alarm went off at Hamon Arts Library, and officers arrived at the scene to find no sign of fire or smoke, so the alarm was rest at 3:22 a.m.

AUGUST 22

Minor in Consumption
The Student Conduct Office was notified about an underage student who was caught having consumed alcohol at 12:40 a.m. at the Pi Kappa Alpha House.

Burglary
Police were notified about how money and earrings were stolen from two students between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Boaz Hall.

Theft
A pair of sunglasses was stolen from a student at 2:49 p.m. at Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.

AUGUST 23

Minor in Consumption
Police notified the SMU Student Conduct Office about a minor who was issued a citation for having consumed alcohol at 1:38 a.m. on SMU Boulevard.
