OCTOBER 15

Theft
A person, who is not affiliated with the University, reported at 2:30 p.m. at Fondren Library that his cellphone had been stolen.

Theft
A student's bicycle was reported stolen at 5:49 p.m. at the Owens Art Lot.

OCTOBER 17

Theft
An iPhone, which belonged to a student, was reported stolen at 3:22 p.m. off campus.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle/Theft
A "Giddy-up" driver's golf cart and radio were reported stolen at 2:13 a.m. at the Binkley Parking Garage. Later, the golf cart was recovered, but the radio was not found.

OCTOBER 18

Theft
A student's wallet was reported missing at 11:44 a.m. on the Mustang Express Bus. The bus driver later recovered the wallet, but the money inside was gone.

Criminal Mischief
At 12:12 p.m. at Heroy Lot, a card reader was discovered to have been knocked over.

Possession of Fictitious License or ID
Seven students, who were caught with fake IDs at 4:44 p.m. at the Main Quad/Flagpole ID Table, were referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught in possession of alcohol at 5:27 p.m. at the Main Quad/Fraternity Tents, was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught drinking at 6:03 p.m. at the Moody Parking Garage/North Entrance, was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Public Intoxication
A student was arrested for public intoxication at 7:08 p.m. at the Embrey Engineering Building and then booked into the University Park Jail.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID
An underage student was arrested for drinking and possessing a fake ID at 7:56 p.m. at the Moody Parking Garage/North Entrance and then booked into the Dallas County Jail.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student was arrested for drinking at 8:12 p.m. at Morrison McGinnis Hall and taken to the University Park Jail.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID
An underage student, who was caught drinking and possessing a fake ID at 10:34 p.m. at the intersection of Binkley Avenue and Ownby Drive, was referred to the University's Student Conduct Officer.

Criminal Mischief
A student reported at 10:29 p.m. at the Pi Kappa Alpha house that a picture had been damaged.

OCTOBER 19

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student, who was caught in possession of alcohol at 1:14 a.m. at Morrison McGinnis Hall, was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

OCTOBER 20

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID
An underage student, who was caught drinking and possessing a fake ID at 12:34 a.m. at Perkins Natatorium, was referred to the Student Conduct Officer.

Public Intoxication/Assault/Resisting Arrest
A student, who was intoxicated in public, resisted arrest and assaulted officers at 1:12 a.m. in the 6600 block of Durham Street, was booked into the University Park Jail.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Assist Other Agency
A student, who hosted a party that served alcohol to minors, was caught at 9:47 p.m. in the 3200 block of Daniel Avenue, and the student was referred to the Student Conduct Officer. Also, two underage students were cited at the same time and place for consuming alcohol.

OCTOBER 21

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
An underage student was referred to the Student Conduct Officer at 12:13 a.m. at the Moore Hall Parking Lot for underage drinking.
