Happy Holidays SMU Community!

I am a Local Coordinator for an organization called World Learning that brings international students to Dallas under a scholarship program via the U.S. Department of State. We currently have two great scholarship participants studying at Highland Park High School this academic year. We are looking for two Host Families to host these students from December 9th - May 30th. If you feel you are a family who would love to experience another culture during this timeframe, we are looking for a family like you!

Alika (16) from Ukraine
-Alika Loves to express herself through dance, and is a big fan of modern dance and photography. She hopes to become a fashion designer or a journalist in the future, and can't wait to share Ukrainian crafts and holiday traditions with you! 

Javid (17) from Azerbaijan
-Javid is a sports lover, who enjoys basketball, frisbee, and baseball. He looks forward to learning more about American Culture, and becoming a part of your family!
