Fire Alarm
An officer responded to a report that a staff member smelled burning plastic at 9:20 a.m. at 6200 N. Central Expressway, but the smell had dissipated upon the officer's arrival.
Criminal Mischief
A maintenance cart was driven into a light pole at 4:35 p.m. at Perkins Natatorium by a "non-affiliated individual."
JULY 14
Criminal Mischief/Theft
There was theft and criminal mischief at a residence hall construction site, which was reported by a construction manager at 6:19 a.m.
JULY 15
Public Intoxication
A "non-affiliated individual" was arrested for public intoxication at 6:32 a.m. in the West Quad Lot and taken to the University Park Jail.
JULY 16
Theft
A staff member reported that his cellphone was stolen at 12:22 p.m. at the Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.
JULY 17
Fire Alarm
Officers responded to a malfunctioning fire alarm at 5:03 p.m. at Embrey Engineering Building, which caused the building to be in "full alarm with horns and strobes."
JULY 19
Possession of Controlled Substance
Officers arrested two "non-affiliated individuals" for possessing drugs at 7:21 p.m. in the 3000 block of Daniel Avenue.
